QPCTC Mens Over 40’s team win Consolation Cup Final.

Following a victory over David Lloyd Renfrew in the semi finals, QPCTC faced Rutherglen in the final of the Over 40’s Knockout Competition in a home tie at a breezy Queen’s Park. The teams remained the same as the previous round with Stephen and Scott teaming up at first pair and Mark and Gordon at second. The windy conditions added some trickiness to the occasion with some “unconventional” points being played.

Each team played a good match winning their respective matches 2-0, thus securing a 4-0 win for QPCTC. Stephen and Scott won their match 6-2 6-2 whilst Mark and Gordon won theirs 6-3 6-2
